Can I return a sale or altered item?

Returns for altered gowns and sale items are not accepted. For more information on returns and exchanges, please refer to our Returns and Exchanges section. Please note that our London Flagship Store has its own returns and warranty policies, kindly contact them directly at boutique@jennypackham.com for such inquiries if you purchased your product from the store. For all other purchases via any other stockist internationally please contact them directly.

Who are your stockists?

How can I reorder a gown, and what are the lead times?

If an item is out of stock, you can sign up for our newsletter and be notified if it becomes available by entering your details and clicking on ‘Notify Me’ on the desired product page, click on the size options and select the size you want to be notified for. Please note that some styles may not become available again, but if we do restock them, we will notify you as soon as they are back in stock.

How can I find out about your sample sales?

Alterations & Repairs

For specialist dry cleaning or seamstress recommendations, we advise using a trusted professional and always following the care instructions on the label. For further guidance, contact us at customercare@jennypackham.com.

If you require repairs for your items, please contact the place where you purchased the item initially to advise you best. For custom piece requests or if you’d like to request extra beads or fabric, this is possible depending on availability. Please email customercare@jennypackham.com with the following details:

· Style code/name/image

· A photo of the bead next to a ruler

To care for your item, we recommend using specialist dry cleaners. Spot cleaning can also be an option when appropriate.

Storage Guidelines

Store your dress in the garment bag provided, in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat. Alternatively, you can use a storage box.
